Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure that we can continue providing excellent care to all our patients, we will be implementing the following revised policy effective February 15th, 2025.
24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee costing half the amount of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice (a "no-show"), a fee up to the full cost of your appointment will be applied.
Compassion Cancellation: One time use per patient, if you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment or no show you will not be charged a fee the first time it happens.
Multiple Cancellations/No-Shows: Patients with 3 repeated cancellations or no-shows may be dismissed from the practice.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. Pregnant patients who miss an appointment due to labour will go without penalty.
